About The Position

Greystar is hiring an experienced Leasing Professional for Sorrento Bluff, a garden-style community of 127 units on nearly seven acres in Murrayhill, southwest Beaverton. The Leasing Professional contributes to the community’s success by providing excellent customer service and supporting leasing, marketing, resident relations, and community events. The role includes conducting in-person and virtual tours, supporting move-ins and lease renewals, following up with prospects, and responding to resident concerns. The position offers an hourly range of $19.00–$22.00, with pay determined by factors including business requirements, experience, skills, and location. Onsite positions may also be eligible for bonus programs. Requirements

Previous sales and customer service experience is desired.
A positive, can-do attitude is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Ability to complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
High level of professionalism in manner and dress.

Nice To Haves

Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
Conduct prospect-building activities and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
Ensure a positive move-in experience for customers.
Conduct market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising purposes.
Plan and execute community events.
Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
Use social media and internet platforms to market available units.
Assist with lease renewals.
Respond to resident concerns.
Sell and explain apartment features and answer resident questions.
Complete legal documents.
