About The Position
The Views at Angle Lake has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. The role is central to the community’s success and calls for a high-performing team member who prioritizes customer service and exceeds expectations. The position involves leasing and marketing apartments, supporting residents and prospects, and contributing to community events and a positive move-in experience. Greystar offers an hourly range of $21.00–$24.00. Additional compensation may include onsite bonus programs. Requirements
- A positive, can-do attitude is required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Ability to complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer resident questions.
- High level of professionalism in manner and dress.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales and customer service experience is desired.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi or One Site.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as part of a team.
- Conduct prospect-building and apartment tours, including virtual and in-person tours.
- Ensure customers have a positive move-in experience.
- Conduct market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising purposes.
- Plan and execute community events.
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email.
- Market available units using social media and internet platforms.
- Assist with lease renewals.
- Respond to resident concerns.
