Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous apartment leasing experience required
  • Strong sales, leasing, and closing skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Saturday availability required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous multifamily or property management experience
  • Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with social media marketing, online lead generation, or resident engagement platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead leasing efforts to achieve occupancy and revenue goals
  • Tour prospective residents and professionally close leases
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM systems to convert leads into residents
  • Process applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals, and resident files accurately
  • Manage lease renewals and resident retention efforts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
  • Maintain model apartments, amenities, curb appeal, and tour paths to company standards
  • Assist with outreach marketing, resident events, and social media engagement
  • Monitor leasing traffic, conversion metrics, and reporting in property management software
  • Respond to resident and prospect inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and operational procedures
  • Collaborate with onsite team members to support overall community success
