About The Position
The Leasing Coordinator supports the Centralized Leasing Team by providing on-site assistance to prospective residents touring Irvine Company apartment communities. The role contributes to leasing goals through strong customer service and administrative skills, understanding and exceeding customer expectations, and assisting prospects during community tours. The position is responsible for welcoming prospects, assisting walk-in visitors, supporting use of the TourGuide App, conducting tours when requested, recording customer activity in CRM databases, supporting lead follow-up as needed, and maintaining exceptional presentation quality throughout the tour path and community. The role requires regular and frequent vehicle operation, a valid California driver’s license, and continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. The assigned community is Pacifica Place, which has 896 units. The listed base pay start rate is $28.65. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law.
Responsibilities
- Promote positive, proactive customer interactions and provide a high-quality Irvine Company experience.
- Greet prospects arriving at the community and serve as a point of contact for walk-in traffic.
- Assist prospects with the TourGuide App and provide directional and access support.
- Conduct guided tours when requested by prospects.
- Use a consultative approach to evaluate customer needs, identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, and identify gaps in the touring process.
- Enter activity and customer information into CRM databases accurately and promptly.
- Support the Centralized Leasing Team with lead follow-up as needed.
- Maintain exceptional presentation quality in the tour path, model units, vacant units, and community.
- Regularly and frequently operate a vehicle as an essential duty of the position.
