About The Position

Palms Associates is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Shadowmoss Pointe Apartments & Townhomes, a 220-unit community in Charleston, South Carolina. Palms builds, owns, and manages its communities and describes its work environment as stable and supportive, with opportunities for growth and career advancement across its communities in the Southeast.

The Leasing Consultant welcomes prospective residents, conducts property tours, and guides prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. The role also builds resident relationships, supports marketing and resident engagement, manages leasing paperwork and communications, and helps ensure apartments are ready for move-in and resident needs are addressed promptly. Some rotating weekend availability is required, excluding Sundays.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging property tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Build strong resident relationships and foster a service-focused community.
• Support marketing initiatives and resident engagement efforts.
• Manage applications, lease preparation, availability updates, and follow-up communication.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident needs are addressed promptly.
