About The Position

MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Pointe Luxe, an apartment property in San Diego, California. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents and uses professional sales and marketing techniques to help maintain high occupancy. The position also supports leasing, move-ins, resident concerns, and property administration.

Requirements

• Excellent sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents in a timely, friendly manner.
• Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins for new residents.
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
• Prepare leases and oversee new residents’ signing of leases.
• Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
• Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
