Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Split Site Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Leasing Consultant position based @ Fairbanks Terrace Apartment Homes, 114-units located in San Diego, CA. This role is crucial in making a difference in the lives of others by setting the stage for where residents will live their lives. Requirements

Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position.
Ability to interact effectively with everyone.
Demonstrate initiative and be a deal closer.
Not afraid to ask for the sale.
Professional appearance and projection of self.
Computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Valid California Driver’s License and up-to-date car insurance.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing experience.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Yardi Voyager experience.
A college degree.
