About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Apartments at North Park in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. The role helps prospective residents find an apartment that suits them and supports residents throughout the leasing process. The Leasing Consultant serves as a first impression for future residents, builds lasting relationships, and delivers outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

At least two years of sales and/or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents and prospective renters.
Match prospects with an apartment home that meets their needs.
Give in-person, virtual, and self-guided tours.
Process applications and prepare lease paperwork.
Help prepare apartments for move-in.
Keep the model apartment and tour path in top condition.
Contribute to social media and resident events.
Support outreach and marketing efforts.
Build lasting relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
