Van Metre is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Woodland Park Apartments in Herndon, Virginia. Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field.
• Ability to conduct community and apartment inspections indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome community visitors, answer questions, and provide assistance.
• Conduct sales activities, including grassroots marketing, to increase traffic and occupancy.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and its amenities and serve as a resource for current and prospective residents.
• Build relationships with prospective residents through phone and email follow-up, property tours, and rental application processing.
• Provide customer service to residents, address concerns, and conduct lease renewals.
• Monitor service requests and coordinate with the service team and residents to support timely, adequate resolution.
• Plan, organize, and conduct resident events with the team.
• Complete three exterior community inspections each week and report deficiencies such as landscaping or paint needs and property damage.
• Inspect vacant apartments and report needed repairs to the service team.
• Prepare and complete sales administrative tasks and reports, including market surveys.
• Perform other sales, customer service, and property-related tasks as needed.
