About The Position

Berger Communities is hiring a Leasing Consultant for Apartments at North Park in Allison Park, Pennsylvania. The role centers on helping prospective residents find an apartment that suits them and building lasting relationships through excellent customer service. The Leasing Consultant serves as a first point of contact for future residents and contributes to leasing, property presentation, marketing, and resident engagement. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

At least two years of sales and/or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist residents and prospective renters.
Match prospective renters with an apartment home.
Conduct in-person, virtual, and self-guided tours.
Process applications and prepare lease paperwork.
Help prepare apartments for move-in.
Maintain the model apartment and tour path.
Contribute to social media and resident events.
Support outreach and marketing efforts.
Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
