About The Position

We are hiring a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant for The Atria and The Aria at Woodlands South, two apartment communities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, located about five minutes apart. The Atria has 285 units and The Aria has 288 units. The role is responsible for leasing, assisting with community marketing, and maintaining positive relations with prospects and residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with days alternating between the two properties. The position periodically involves sedentary work but requires mobility to tour and inspect apartments and communities. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. The company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year in a sales-oriented role.
Superior sales ability.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Nice To Haves

Some college-level education is preferred.
Previous property management experience is preferred.
At least 6 months of on-site leasing experience, or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education, is preferred.
YARDI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects and assist them with questions and paperwork.
Tour the property and target apartments or model units.
Update apartment availability reports as needed.
Process leases, renewals, and other related paperwork.
Listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments.
Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
Participate in obtaining and/or distributing marketing information.
Assist with leasing and marketing the apartment communities while maintaining positive relations.
