About The Position

We are seeking a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant for The Atria and The Aria at Woodlands South in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Atria has 285 units and The Aria has 288 units; the communities are five minutes apart. The role is responsible for leasing, assisting with marketing the apartment communities, and maintaining positive relations. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with alternating days between the two properties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in a sales-oriented role.
• Superior sales ability.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Some college-level education.
• Previous property management experience.
• At least six months of on-site leasing experience, or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education.
• YARDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and assist them with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and target apartments or model units.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process leases, renewals, and other related documents.
• Listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments.
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
• Participate in obtaining and distributing marketing information.
