About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Leasing Consultant at Roosevelt Arlington Commons in Arlington, Texas. The role is suited to an ambitious, sales-motivated professional who takes pride in meeting and exceeding goals while delivering excellent service to current and prospective residents. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour plus competitive commissions, with opportunities to earn higher commissions based on unit features, exceeding monthly leasing goals, and longer lease terms. The position also offers a 25% rent discount at AIR communities and the option to live onsite or at a nearby AIR community. Depending on business needs, team members may have an extended unpaid winter break after peak season while retaining their benefits, including the rent discount.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment such as property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurants.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule and availability during office hours; hours may include weekends and vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Goal-driven and sales-motivated.
• Adaptable to a fast pace and shifting priorities.
• Customer-experience focused.
• Collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, schedule and conduct tours, and communicate the value of the community to help prospects find a home.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and future residents.
• Provide leasing support to other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
