About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Leasing Consultant for Roosevelt Arlington Commons in Arlington, Texas. The role is focused on sales and customer service, helping prospective residents find a home through AIR’s leasing process and providing an excellent experience to current residents. Compensation is $20.00–$22.00 per hour plus competitive commissions, with commission opportunities tied to unit features, achievement of monthly goals, and longer lease terms. The position also offers a 25% rent discount at AIR communities and may include an extended unpaid winter break, depending on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule and availability during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR’s sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, and schedule and conduct tours that communicate the value of the community.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to other communities in the AIR portfolio as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and regulations.
