About The Position
Monarch is seeking a customer-service- or sales-oriented Apartment Leasing Consultant for Harmony Lakes Apartments, a 217-unit market-rate community in Muskegon, Michigan. The position is full-time, year-round, and on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and no weekends currently required. The role offers an hourly wage of $17 to $18, plus rental and renewal commissions of up to $100 each; the employer estimates commissions could add $20,000 annually.
