About The Position

The Apartment Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents and current residents at Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments in Kettering, Ohio. The role focuses on creating a welcoming experience, understanding prospective residents’ needs, and supporting residents with attentive service. The position is full-time and on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour, plus commission of up to $100 per move-in with no cap.

The Leasing Consultant manages the leasing process, prepares lease agreements, maintains accurate records, and conducts tours that explain the community’s pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings. The role also contributes to outreach marketing and resident events. The employer describes a people-focused team environment and offers employee benefits and development opportunities. Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing or a customer service field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process by identifying prospective residents’ needs and addressing them.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other community offerings while touring prospective residents.
• Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
