About The Position

AMLI Residential is hiring a Leasing Consultant for AMLI at Seven Bridges, a luxury apartment community in Woodridge, Illinois, near Naperville and Downers Grove. The role focuses on converting prospective renters into residents while providing an exceptional leasing and customer service experience. Candidates may have apartment leasing experience or experience in retail sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing field.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Saturday availability.
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and confidently engage with prospective residents.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Apartment leasing or property management experience.
• Experience in retail sales, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing industries.
• Commission-based sales experience or experience achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours and highlight apartment features, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood.
• Connect with prospective residents, understand their needs, and help them find an appropriate apartment.
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries and follow up to convert leads into signed leases.
• Work with the onsite team to meet leasing and occupancy goals.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and neighborhood attractions.
• Manage the leasing process and prepare leases.
• Assist with move-ins, resident renewals, retention efforts, and community events.
• Collaborate with the property team to deliver outstanding customer service.
