Apartment Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant at Georgetowne of Kettering Apartments in Kettering, Ohio. The Leasing Consultant is the first point of contact for prospective residents and residents, helping create a welcoming experience and responding to residents’ needs. The role involves sales and leasing activities, customer service, and supporting community outreach and resident events. The position is full-time and on-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, plus commission of up to $100 per move-in with no cap. A background check and drug screening are required.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing or a customer service field.
- Skilled problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong dedication to customer service.
- Motivation to learn and improve.

Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process by identifying prospective residents’ needs and addressing them.
- Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records.
- Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other community offerings while touring prospective residents.
- Assist with outreach marketing and resident events.
- Respond to residents’ needs and contribute to a welcoming community experience.
