Apartment Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Monarch is seeking a full-time, on-site Apartment Leasing Consultant for Harmony Lakes Apartments, a 217-unit market-rate community in Muskegon, Michigan. The position is suited to a customer-service- or sales-oriented person; the company hires for character and provides training. Candidates transitioning from hospitality, retail, customer service, real estate, or sales are encouraged to apply. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends currently required. This is year-round work. Compensation is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with rental and renewal commissions paid to the consultant and estimated additional earning potential of $20,000 per year.
