About The Position

Monarch is hiring a full-time, on-site Apartment Leasing Consultant for Indian Springs Apartments, a 568-unit market-rate community in South Bend, Indiana. The role is suited to a customer-service- or sales-oriented person; Monarch says it hires for character and provides training. The company describes its culture as people-focused and offers growth potential and internal advancement opportunities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a midweek compensatory day off. This is year-round work. Pay is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for commission of up to $100 per secured new move-in. Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check and drug screening; the posting states that THC is not checked. A valid driver's license is required.
