About The Position

Tarantino Properties is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find a home while delivering an exceptional resident experience. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents, supports leasing activities, and handles administrative office tasks. The consultant uses property management software and leasing tools to complete daily work and supports teammates with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience with property management software is required; examples include OneSite, Knock, and BlueMoon.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish-speaking ability.
• Previous leasing or property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist with leasing activities, including tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Handle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident records.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally.
• Process paperwork and maintain accurate files and reports.
• Use property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasks.
• Support team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as needed.
