Apartment Leasing Consultant
About The Position
Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for Forest Pointe and Huntington Glen Apartments, two market-rate communities in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with 304 total units. The role is full-time, on-site, and offers $17.00 per hour plus commission potential of up to $100 per rental. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with rotated Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position is described as year-round, with daytime hours.
