About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will use customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes to interested customers. You will work toward leasing goals, build rapport with customers and residents, support resident satisfaction and retention, and represent CWS’s core values, with safety as a priority. Work takes place in office and field environments at residential apartment communities, in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The role involves frequent interaction with residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members and may include outdoor exposure during property tours and inspections.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Sales and customer service experience.
• Able to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies as required.
• Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Able to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.
• Able to perform work responsibilities at locations other than the home property.
• Able to travel within major metropolitan areas and attend company functions in other cities when required.

Responsibilities

• Lease the community.
• Market the community.
• Maintain positive resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain general office organization.
• Communicate with customers, residents, investors, vendors, leadership, and CWS team members.
• Participate in CWS Risk Management and Safety Programs.
