About The Position
The Leasing Consultant, also referred to as a Sales Expert, helps prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role uses strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate manner, and knowledge of the community to create a positive experience for prospective residents. The position also provides caring customer service to residents to support an enjoyable living experience and encourage renewals. Requirements
- Working knowledge of social media.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of marketing concepts.
- Customer-focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Timely, organized, and efficient.
