About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will use customer service, sales, and marketing skills to lease apartment homes to interested customers and support the company’s mission. You will work toward leasing goals and build rapport with customers and residents. The role is suited to driven, service-minded people who enjoy selling a product they believe in. You are expected to embrace and demonstrate the company’s core values, with particular emphasis on making the health, well-being, and safety of team members, residents, contractors, and yourself a priority.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
Sales and customer service experience.
Ability to adhere to a set and variable work schedule, including weekends and emergencies.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to maintain a professional and ethical atmosphere.
Ability to perform work responsibilities at locations other than the home property.
Ability to travel within major metropolitan areas and potentially attend company functions in other cities.
