Leasing Consultant - Conventional Property
About The Position
Haverkamp Properties is a family-owned real estate company whose purpose is to create communities where people love to live. The Leasing Consultant supports leasing and resident relations at a conventional property by serving qualified leads, assisting the Property Manager, participating in promotional events, building community relationships, resolving objections, leasing apartments, and supporting team members. Success is measured through lead generation, lead conversion, customer fulfillment, and performance against occupancy, renewal retention, and delinquency goals. The company operates using EOS and describes a leadership approach based on clear direction, appropriate delegation, communication, effective meetings, regular one-on-ones, and recognition of performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by staying connected with qualified leads.
- Assist the Property Manager in communicating with current and future residents.
- Participate in promotional events and build relationships with the community.
- Solve problems by overcoming objections.
- Lease apartments and use available tools and resources to close the sale.
- Support other team members by assisting them as needed.
- Help achieve weekly leasing goals and a 95%+ occupancy goal.
- Obtain a renewal retention rate of 35%+.
- Effectively maintain a property delinquency rate of less than 1.5% per month.
- Contribute to lead generation, lead conversion, and customer fulfillment.
