About The Position

Pegasus is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role uses strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate approach, and knowledge of the community to create a positive experience for people searching for a home. The Leasing Consultant also provides caring customer service that supports residents’ enjoyment of their living experience and helps make renewals a natural part of the community’s operations.

Requirements

• Customer-focused attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

• Working knowledge of social media.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts.
