About The Position

The Property Manager leads, communicates with, coaches, mentors, and trains the team, modeling the company’s mission of creating referral-worthy customer experiences consistently. The role balances team leadership with business strategy and continuous improvement. The Property Manager advocates for team members’ performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Proactive, organized professionals with a team-oriented mindset and a passion for exceeding expectations are suited to this role. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience, including selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of bottom-line performance and balancing income and expenses.
• Occasional travel is required.

• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
