About The Position

Pegasus is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Belle Spring Branch in Houston, Texas. The technician will take ownership of their role at the property, provide excellent customer service to residents, and complete resident and property service requests. The role involves experience with—or willingness to learn—maintenance skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps. Candidates should maintain a positive, professional attitude and have a valid driver’s license. EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with, or desire to learn, skills such as HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the maintenance role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Perform or learn maintenance tasks involving HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
