About The Position
Pegasus is hiring a Maintenance Technician for Belle Spring Branch in Houston, Texas. Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- EPA or CPO certification is a plus.
- Experience with, or a desire to learn, HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, and related skills.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
- Complete resident and property service requests.
- Perform or learn maintenance tasks involving HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, drywall, minor carpentry, and heat pumps.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor.
