About The Position

Pegasus is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role calls for strong communication and consultative selling skills, a supportive and considerate manner, and knowledge of the community to create a positive and genuine experience for prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant also delivers caring customer service to help residents enjoy their living experience and support renewals and company sustainability.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of social media.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
