About The Position

The Property Manager leads and develops the property team while delivering consistent, referral-worthy customer experiences. The role balances team leadership with business strategy, including identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and advocating for team members to enhance their performance. The position requires a proactive, organized, team-oriented professional who is committed to exceeding expectations and providing excellent service to internal and external customers. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a residential property manager.
• Prior supervisory experience, including employee selection and hiring, team training and coaching, and budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management and accounting software.
• Strong understanding of the bottom line and the ability to balance income and expenses.
• Occasional travel required.

• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is strongly encouraged.
