Maintenance Supervisor - Belle Spring Branch - Houston, TX
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor performs general and advanced maintenance services at a multifamily property, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC work. The role responds promptly to resident service requests and participates in preventative maintenance, including pool and exterior lighting maintenance, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The supervisor maintains clean work areas, tools, and equipment, and cares for and inventories supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company. The position requires on-call availability, including weekends and nights.
Requirements
- At least three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
- One to two years of supervisory experience.
- Refrigeration certification (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver’s license free from major moving violations and dependable transportation.
- CPO certification if required in the state and location applied.
