Leasing Consultant – Bilingual English/Mandarin Preferred
About The Position
Richdale Apartments is seeking motivated professionals to join its leasing team at its luxury multifamily communities. The Leasing Consultant engages prospective residents, conducts property tours, works toward closing leases, and follows up on inquiries while providing exceptional customer service. The role also includes completing leasing paperwork and assisting Mandarin-speaking prospects and residents when needed. Candidates must be comfortable communicating in English during interviews, in daily workplace communication, and while performing job responsibilities. Weekend availability is required, with weekdays off. Bilingual English/Mandarin candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance and a confident, engaging personality.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and competitive, with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Availability to work weekends, with weekdays off.
Nice To Haves
- Three or more years of consistent experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Mandarin (Chinese) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals.
- Engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.
- Conduct property tours and actively work toward closing leases.
- Follow up with prospective residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
- Assist Mandarin-speaking prospects and residents when needed.
