About The Position

Richdale Apartments is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find a home in its multifamily communities. The role focuses on meeting leasing goals, engaging with prospective residents, conducting tours, closing leases, completing paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service. Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply and may assist Mandarin-speaking prospects and residents when needed. English is required for interviews, daily workplace communication, and job responsibilities. The position requires weekend availability, with weekdays off.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

• Three or more years of consistent sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin (Chinese); candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily and monthly leasing goals.
• Engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct property tours and work toward closing leases.
• Follow up with prospective residents in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete leasing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
• Assist Mandarin-speaking prospects and residents when needed.
