About The Position

AIR Communities is hiring an onsite Leasing Consultant for Arcadia Apartment Homes in the Centennial area. The role is sales-focused and centers on providing excellent service to current and prospective residents while helping prospects find a home in the community. The consultant follows AIR’s sales process, conducts tours, pursues leasing goals, supports communities across the AIR portfolio as needed, and contributes to marketing efforts.

Compensation includes a base rate of $20 per hour plus competitive commissions. Commission opportunities may increase for leasing higher-rent units, exceeding monthly goals, and securing longer lease terms. Employees receive a 25% rent discount at AIR communities and may have the option to live onsite or at a nearby AIR community. Depending on business needs, the position may offer an extended unpaid winter break after peak season; benefits, including the rent discount, continue during that break.

Requirements

• At least one year of sales and customer service experience, including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success in setting and achieving goals and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and prospective resident needs.
• Flexible schedule and availability to work during office hours, which may include weekends and vary by community and season.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR’s sales process, promptly follow up with active prospects, schedule and conduct tours, and present the value of the community to help prospects find a home.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Provide leasing support to AIR portfolio communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and regulations.
