About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for its Ashton Pointe Apartments community in Lubbock, Texas. The role focuses on leasing apartments, serving prospective and existing residents, supporting marketing and community outreach, and assisting the property team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with varying Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience, with eligibility for Monarch’s commission structure. Employment is conditional on pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist the property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach to build brand awareness.
Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
