About The Position

Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant for Arrive Hollywood. The Leasing Consultant is the face of the property, providing customer service to prospective and current residents while pursuing leasing goals and supporting a welcoming community. Compensation is $22 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, plus lease commissions and lease-renewal bonuses. The schedule is five days per week, with two days off, between Monday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; weekend availability is required. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays may also be needed. The role combines leasing and sales, resident service, and administrative and operational support. The consultant shows and leases apartments, assists prospective residents through applications and move-in, responds to resident concerns, processes maintenance requests, maintains records and availability updates, conducts inspections, and helps with collections and property turnover. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and maintain accurate records.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to work indoors and outdoors under varied weather conditions.
Ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms.
Regular sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and arms; occasional climbing; extended computer or telephone use; ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the property.
Assist with market surveys and execute marketing strategies to support occupancy.
Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
Guide residents through move-in.
Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
Process maintenance requests and coordinate with the team to support timely resolution.
Maintain complete and accurate resident files.
Update unit availability and community calendars daily.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure units meet move-in-ready standards.
Support property management with administrative duties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
Conduct move-out inspections and assist with property turnover procedures.
Handle resident collections in accordance with company standards.
Participate in team functions and regional or company activities.
