About The Position
Logan Property Management (LPM) is seeking an experienced and dedicated Leasing Consultant to oversee Trolley Court, a 187-unit single-room occupancy (SRO) property. This role assists with leasing activities, resident services, and team coordination to ensure smooth property management and high resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in property management, preferably with SRO, affordable housing, or multi-unit residential properties.
- Strong leasing and customer service skills, with the ability to drive occupancy goals.
- Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Successful completion of background and drug screenings.
Responsibilities
- Lead leasing efforts by showing units, processing applications, and managing move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintain high occupancy by coordinating marketing, outreach, and resident retention activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of vacant and occupied units to ensure readiness and quality standards.
- Track leasing metrics and report progress to the Community Manager.
- Support daily property operations and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Assist with vendor management and ensure service quality.
- Monitor property appearance and functionality.
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
- Support the Community Manager in fostering a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist in supervising onsite staff and maintenance personnel as needed.
- Support staff communication and training.
- Promote a positive and productive working environment.
