About The Position

The Apartment Leasing Consultant is the face of the Park Valley Apartment Homes community, building relationships with prospective and current residents and helping prospects find a home that fits their needs. The role involves showcasing the community and its amenities, converting prospects into residents, and supporting a smooth leasing experience in a fast-paced environment. The position also contributes to marketing and resident satisfaction through market research, marketing plans, and resident events. The company provides paid, in-person training in Tampa, Florida, and requires attendance at a multi-day, out-of-state training within two weeks of the start date.

Requirements

Proven sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and match them with community amenities.
Conduct community tours highlighting the lifestyle and features of the community.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and meet leasing goals.
Manage lease applications and support a smooth transition for new residents.
Provide information about community features, rents, and amenities.
Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract residents.
Coordinate resident events to build community and improve resident satisfaction.
