About The Position

The Leasing Community Intern is a part-time, temporary, non-exempt role supporting the launch of Verve Fayetteville, a new off-campus student housing development serving the University of Arkansas. As part of the lease-up team, the intern will help generate interest, establish the community’s culture, and secure future residents before the development opens. The role calls for high-quality customer service and dedication to residents, along with an outgoing, creative, adaptable, and hardworking approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an initial point of contact for prospective residents and help them envision living at Verve Fayetteville.
• Lead pre-leasing tours of the leasing gallery and model units, presenting the planned luxury experience.
• Conduct on-campus and guerrilla marketing and support social media campaigns to raise visibility for the new development.
• Help plan initial resident events and VIP experiences for founding leasers.
• Handle high-volume inquiries and guide prospective residents through the application and screening process.
• Follow the Cardinal Way of Leasing and work toward weekly leasing goals.
• Learn and explain the community’s planned amenities, including rooftop views and technology-focused study spaces.
