About The Position

Parc Bay Apartments is seeking a part-time bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The role involves giving property tours, promoting the community, building relationships with prospective and current residents, following up with leads, providing customer service, and developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy while staying informed about the market. The schedule is 8 hours per day on three weekdays and 7 hours on Saturdays.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Experience answering a busy switchboard.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• RealPage OneSite experience.
• Bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
