About The Position

Park at Caldera is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The role focuses on touring prospective residents and visitors, marketing the community, generating leads, and building relationships with prospective and current residents to support leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Experience answering a busy switchboard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite.
• Leasing and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
