About The Position

Park at Caldera is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The role involves showing the community to prospective residents, generating leads, supporting leasing and renewal decisions, and developing marketing plans to sustain occupancy. The agent also provides customer service to residents and prospects and uses RealPage OneSite.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments is required.
• Leasing and marketing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
• Answer a busy switchboard.
