About The Position

Parc Bay Apartments is seeking a part-time bilingual Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The role involves conducting tours, generating and following up on leads, supporting leasing and renewals, providing customer service, and helping develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy. The schedule is 8 hours per day for 3 days during the week and 7 hours on Saturdays.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
• Experience answering a busy switchboard.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
• Experience with RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional, consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans aimed at sustaining occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
