About The Position

Management Support is hiring a Leasing Agent for The Lodge at Westover Hills, a property with 334 apartment units in San Antonio, Texas. The company is seeking an organized, responsible, confident individual who takes pride in their work and can use sales skills and personality to achieve high productivity. Applicants with transferable sales experience may be trained, and applicants with prior leasing experience are welcome. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance.

The position pays $16–$18 per hour plus a leasing bonus. It is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and includes one and sometimes two weekend days. Weekend days may occasionally be rotated by request. Some holidays are included in the rotating schedule; employees receive another paid day off during the same payroll period. Payroll is biweekly by direct deposit.

Management Support manages its own luxury Class A and B multifamily apartments and states that it manages approximately 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties. The company emphasizes resident service and maintenance, and describes opportunities for high-performing Leasing Agents to advance to roles such as Data Entry, Assistant Manager, and Apartment Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to climb three flights of stairs when no elevator is available.

Responsibilities
