About The Position

Adara Communities is seeking an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Apartment Leasing Agent for Park at Walden Lake, a 352-unit property. The role is in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and involves leasing apartments, supporting community operations, and contributing to resident satisfaction and property performance. The agent represents the community professionally and helps drive leasing traffic and engagement.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous experience leasing conventional apartments (required).
Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
Flexible schedule with weekend availability required.
Stable work history.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must live within 20 miles of the property or be willing to relocate.

Nice To Haves

Social media or marketing content creation experience is strongly preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet, qualify, and close prospects professionally and enthusiastically.
Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
Provide customer service to residents and prospects.
Generate new traffic through outreach and community engagement.
Host resident functions and contribute to positive resident relations.
Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
