About The Position

Management Support is hiring a Leasing Agent for The Lodge at Westover Hills, a 334-unit apartment property in San Antonio, Texas. The role is suited to applicants with prior leasing experience or transferable sales experience; training may be provided. Compensation is based on experience and anticipated performance, with hourly pay of $16–$18 plus a leasing bonus. The position is full-time, scheduled for 40 hours per week, and includes one and sometimes two weekend days. Weekend days may occasionally be rotated by request. Some holidays are also included in the rotating schedule, with another paid day off during the same payroll period.

The company manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily properties and describes its focus as providing residents with an outstanding living experience, strong resident service, and maintenance without delay. It offers opportunities for high-performing Leasing Agents to advance into roles such as Data Entry, Assistant Manager, and Apartment Manager. Payroll is biweekly by direct deposit. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• English writing skills.
• Sales skills and a confident, personable approach.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to climb three flights of stairs if no elevator is available.

Responsibilities
