About The Position
Wasatch Property Management is hiring a Leasing Agent to connect prospective and current residents with apartment homes and guide prospective residents through the leasing process. The role involves building rapport and trust, showing the community and available units, and coordinating with maintenance staff to address resident requests and apartment issues. This is a full-time, flexible position scheduled for no more than 32 hours per week, with weekend availability required. Pay is $18.00–$22.00 per hour depending on experience, with monthly bonus potential.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the leasing process, guiding prospective residents through applications and background checks.
- Schedule and conduct tours of the community and available units.
