About The Position

Golden 1 Credit Union is hiring a Learning Development Program Manager in its Leadership and Organizational Development department. The role focuses on creating learning experiences that help employees grow and succeed, aligning learning solutions with organizational needs, and strengthening workforce capability and engagement. The position manages learning initiatives from needs assessment and program design through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement, working with stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a Learning Program Manager or in a similar role.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree.

Responsibilities

Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational knowledge, skill, and performance gaps.
Design and develop learning programs aligned with organizational goals and identified needs.
Apply instructional design principles to create engaging learning materials using varied modalities.
Develop and manage curriculum frameworks for learning programs.
Oversee training delivery through e-learning, instructor-led training, workshops, and other formats.
Use learning management systems and other educational technologies to deliver, track, and evaluate programs.
Manage program timelines, resources, and budgets to support successful implementation.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure programs are effective and relevant.
Analyze learning data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide improvements.
Apply change management principles to support adoption of new learning initiatives.
Develop and manage learning-program budgets with attention to cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
Incorporate feedback and adjust programs in response to results and changing organizational needs.
